boxd 0.1.1

Idiomatic Ruby client for boxd.sh. Fork a running VM with full state in ~160ms, suspend and resume in sub-ms, run anything inside it, get an HTTPS URL at name.boxd.sh. v0 wraps the `boxd` CLI; v1 will speak gRPC natively. The public API is stable across that change.
