A driver-adjacent Ruby control-plane over ruby-pg/libpq. It multiplexes independent, session-neutral extended-protocol operations from many Async fibers onto a small number of PostgreSQL connections while keeping explicit transactions and session-changing work on exclusive pinned connections.
