Ripple Effect maps the blast radius of Ruby on Rails changes. It combines Ruby-aware static indexing with Rails semantics (callbacks, associations, routes, jobs, mailers, concerns, and test references) to explain what may be affected before you refactor. It is deterministic and local: it does not boot your application, connect to your database, call an LLM, or upload your source code.
