rspec-sprint 1.0.0

rspec-sprint doctor runs your suite once (via test-prof's FactoryProf + rspec's JSON formatter), interprets the output against opinionated heuristics, and asserts the top few things to fix — diagnosis plus concrete prescription, not just numbers. It wraps existing profilers; it does not reimplement them.
