🍲 RuntimeGroups extracts the small parallel-runner primitives from turbo_tests2 — worker process count resolution, pid-file bookkeeping, runtime log recording, and runtime-weighted balanced file grouping — into a dependency-free gem that is engine-portable across MRI, JRuby, and TruffleRuby.
