Adds Cloudflare Turnstile, the privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative, to Rails, Sinatra and plain Ruby apps. Ships view helpers for the widget (Turbo and CSP nonce aware), controller helpers and a small client for the siteverify API, with no runtime dependencies.
