zrip 0.1.0

Ruby bindings (via Rust/magnus) for zrip, a pure-Rust Zstandard implementation. Frame-format and block-format compress/decompress with optional dictionary support, configurable compression levels, and FastCOVER-based dictionary training. Ractor-safe.
