hooker 1.0.0
Hooker provides a simple registry of hooks or extension points, enabling decoupled run time configuration in terse but straight ruby syntax. Inspiration includes {Emacs Hook Functions}[http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Hooks.html] (Lisp) and other applications which support configuration files in ruby.
